We will be there offering our Idaho stuff along with our Utah outdoor activities through Flying J outfitters, our sister company. We hope if any of you are in the area, you will stop in and visit with us. We will be in booth 21. Other shows we will be at inlcude the RMEF elk camp in Reno working the IOGA booth and the week prior to that we will be at the Utah Horse Expo. Stop by and see us if you are near. Related Posts Spring Bear Season is Almost Here and There are a Few Spots Left Bookings for this years 2014 spring bear season have been brisk and we are grateful that so many hunters are putting their faith and hunting dollars in us and Idaho. That being said, we have just a few more spots left for this spring 2014 Idaho spring bear season. The 2016 Idaho fall hunting seasons are almost here We are just a few short days away from the 2016 fall hunting season here in Idaho. August 30 is the opener of most fall bear hunting units along with statewide general archery season for elk and deer. Here in Central Idaho’s wilderness backcountry units, we are fortunate to enjoy a two-month long rifle season, so our first opener is bear season and we are getting ready. Our first baits have now been set, camps are getting readied, and firewood is being cut and stacked and come next Tuesday we will welcome our first fall 2016 hunters here at Wild Idaho Outfitters. It Is Show Season Again! Heading towards spring each year can only mean 1 thing, it is show season again! We are attending 2 shows this year. The Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation Show in Las Vegas, NV from Feb 28 to March 3 and the the Salt Lake ISE show March 14-17. What Spring Bear Season Means to a Seasoned Wrangler March 20, 2023 is the first day of spring and this means Idaho spring bear season is right around the corner! Time to Get Serious Well “show season” has drawn to a close and we are grateful to have been able to see some old friends and to meet some new ones, and truly grateful for those who booked a 2013 hunt with us. We look forward to a successful hunting season this year. Trail Clearing Season It seems an outfitter’s life is defined by “seasons”… as are most people’s lives, but our seasons seem to revolve around seasons determined by others; meaning the Idaho Department of Fish and Game determines what seasons we can hunt and therefore that is two of our “seasons”.
