Idaho Fall Bear Hunt Entry Rules

  • All entries require valid email address.
  • Only one entry per person and per email address.
  • No entry fee, payment or purchase is required.
  • Your entry signifies acceptance of these rules.
  • Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
  • Must be 18 years or older to enter and be eligible to win the prize
  • Wild Idaho Outfitters reserves the right to refuse any entry for any reason.
  • Odds of winning depend upon the number of qualified submissions received.
  • Entrants must register by Saturday, June 30, 2012 by 11:59 PM Central, and submit at least their full name and email address to be eligible to win.
  • A random drawing with the names of qualified Entrants will be held on or about July 1st 2012, to determine the winner.
  • One (1) winner will be notified by email based on the email address provided in the survey registration, no later than July 15, 2012, as long as the winner has provided Wild Idaho Outfitters with a valid email address and phone number by that date.
  • Winner must meet eligibility requirements listed in these contest rules and regulations and as determined by Wild Idaho Outfitters
  • Employees, principals and their immediate families from Wild Idaho Outfitters are not eligible to win.
  • By providing valid contact information to Wild Idaho Outfitters, entrants accept these rules and agree to be bound by the results of the prize drawing. All decisions made by Wild Idaho Outfittersare final.
  • In accepting the prize, the winner agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless Wild Idaho Outfitters and its agents and employees from any liability arising from damages, injuries, or losses of any kind which may arise from the use or misuse of the prize.
  • Winner will be awarded a guided bear hunt for 1 hunter allowing for 1 bear.
  • Additional hunters can accompany winner at regular prices including Jr. mentored discount prices if that applies.
  • Winner to be responsible for sales tax, USFS fee and license and tags.
  • Hunt includes lodging and meals consistent with our usual bear hunts.
  • Hunt is valid for 2012 or 2013, but offer expires at end of 2013 hunting season.
  • If hunter chooses to pursue second bear there will be a $500 USD trophy fee.
  • Hunter is responsible for expenses prior to arriving in Challis, Idaho and after leaving.
  • If winner is currently booked hunter, awarded hunt cannot be applied towards that hunt, it will have to be used as subsequent hunt.
  • Prize is not redeemable for cash. If winner is unable to attend, it can be given to another or donated to a nonprofit as a fund raiser, but ultimately we are offering 1 hunter a chance at 1 bear for simply the cost of license, tags and taxes. (Current 2012 value is $1650 USD which will be the value applied to a hunt in 2013 if winner is unable to use the prize in 2012.)
  • Limitations of Liability: Wild Idaho Outfitters is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any promotion-related materials or illegible entries; or transactions that are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction. Wild Idaho Outfitters reserves the right to cancel or modify drawing if fraud or technical failures comprise the integrity of promotion as determined by Wild Idaho Outfitters at its sole discretion.
  • Wild Idaho Outfitters reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the promotion at any time. If terminated, a notice will be posted on http://www.WildIdahoOutfitters.com.
  • Wild Idaho Outfitters reserves all rights in the awarding of the prize
  • Wild Idaho Outfitters respects the privacy of all entrants and will not share any entrant information or email lists with any third parties unless required by law.
