These are required forms for all our guests to fill out prior to participating in any of Wild Idaho Outfitters' Adventures.

All the information on the forms is required by Wild Idaho Outfitters or the Idaho Department of Fish and Game, so be sure to complete all the fields.

We will use this information in obtaining the proper permits and tags on your behalf as well as to help us provide you the best possible experience during your stay with us.

This is a ZIP file containing a GIF file of a detailed topo map of the area you will be hunting in.

NOTE: This is of the area prior to us acquiring the new permitted area in October 2006. We will try to get this new area include in the near future.
